I tour homes for you live on video, open closets, check water pressure, and show you the street and the neighbors' yards.

Visit if you can

A short trip to see your top picks and walk the neighborhoods is worth it.

Inspections and documents

You can attend inspections by video. I review every report with you.

Remote closing

Many title companies offer remote or mail away closings. Ask about options early.

Protect yourself from wire fraud

Always call your title company at a verified number before wiring money. Never trust wiring instructions sent only by email.
