I don't do scripted presentations or high-pressure closes. The first conversation is usually just about what you're trying to do and whether I can genuinely help.

If you're buying, I'll tell you what I think of the home, the street, and the price — including the things a less honest agent might leave out to keep the deal moving. If you're selling, I'll give you an accurate valuation, not an inflated one designed to win your listing and then pressure you to reduce later.

I read every contract line. I flag everything unusual. I don't let things slide because it's inconvenient to bring them up. That's the job.
